Chicago Rock Cafe operates a smart/casual dress policy which they define quite
loosely. Most casual or smart wear is perfectly acceptable. They won't let you
in with scruffy, torn or dirty clothes or shoes. They are not fond of steel
toecaps or workclothes either.
